Although not declared correctly, Kosovo PPRC OCDS data also contains Lots data formatted using the OCDS Lots extension, with some minor quality issues. There are also additional fields present in the Kosovo data, however, these are additional identifiers and do not affect the analysis.

The dataset has quality issues to take into account, notably:

There are several fields with “null” values in the data, and there is a typo where the awards array is misspelled as award.
Party information for procuring entities is provided through an additional field under tender/procuringEntity/party instead of in the the parties array.
Although not declared correctly, Kosovo PPRC OCDS data also contains Lots data. Analysts should be aware that the values in the lots have typos in the field names, where lots/value/amount and lots/value/currency are provided as lots/value/valueAmount and lots/value/valueCurrency respectively.
