The Plateau State Bureau of Public Procurement publishes its procurement data via its e-procurement portal. They have a dedicated section for OCDS downloads.

Plateau State does not publish data that uses any OCDS extensions. They do publish some additional fields as a result of mapping errors, such as:
buyer/roles
tender/procurementCategory
awards/suppliers/roles
Additionally, Plateau State uses an additional codelist value in the Award Criteria codelist which appears to result from a data collection error:

Summary
The dataset has minor issues that should not interfere with most uses. They include:
Using some fields that were deprecated in OCDS 1.1
Using additional fields and codes as a result of mapping errors (described above)
Some fields contain only whitespace

Access data
This OCDS dataset is available for download in JSON, Excel or CSV format. You can download the data for contracting processes in a specific year or for all time.
JSON
Each contracting process is represented as one line of JSON text in the .jsonl file.
The .jsonl file is compressed using Gzip. Windows users need 7-Zip, WinRAR or WinZip to decompress the .gz file.
