According to their publication policy, the scope of the data in the portal covers all Makueni County Departments and all values of procurement. The following process types are covered:

The dataset has a quality issue to take into account: all releases share the same .date, therefore this field cannot be used to determine the last updated date of the contracting process.

Each contracting process is represented as one line of JSON text in the .jsonl file.
The .jsonl file is compressed using Gzip. Windows users need 7-Zip, WinRAR or WinZip to decompress the .gz file.
