Mexico: Municipio de Guadalajara
The Contraloría Ciudadana of the Municipality of Guadalajara tracks information on public tenders through the Mirada Pública platform.
All departments and administrative units of the Municipality of Guadalajara that conduct public tenders are included in this dataset, except for decentralized public bodies. The data published by Contraloría include only procurement processes that are complete or have been duly formalized. Procedures that do not constitute public tenders, as well as ongoing tenders that have not yet concluded, are excluded from this publication.

In addition to the core OCDS fields, Guadalajara also publishes other relevant information through community extensions such as: Request for quotes which includes information related to the quotation process; Clarification Meetings, which provides details on meetings where questions about the call for tenders or its amendments are addressed; Payment method, which specifies the method used for payments associated with a contract.
Data quality
The dataset presents a few quality issues to take into account:
- Non-unique organization identifiers: multiple organizations use the value ‘MX-RFC-MGU420214FG4’ in the ‘parties/id’ field.
- Missing identifiers:
- ‘awardID’ is not declared within the contracts object in 3 contract objects.
- ‘id’ is not declared within the contracts object in 3 releases.
- ‘id’ is not declared within the budgetBreakdown object in 4 releases.

This OCDS dataset is available for download in JSON, Excel or CSV format. You can download the data for contracting processes in a specific year or for all time.
JSON
Each contracting process is represented as one line of JSON text in the .jsonl file.
The .jsonl file is compressed using Gzip. Windows users need 7-Zip, WinRAR or WinZip to decompress the .gz file.
Excel
Each contracting process is represented as one row in the main sheet. Other sheets link to it via the _link_main column.
Excel files can have at most 1,048,576 rows. If a year is missing, it had too many rows. Download the CSV files, instead.
