Ukraine: Prozorro
Prozorro is a fully electronic public procurement platform that provides open access to public tenders and covers the entire contracting process cycle, from planning to implementation.
In late 2015, Ukraine’s parliament passed a new law requiring all public procurement to be carried out through Prozorro. The law came into force in 2016 — first for central government agencies and then for all public procuring entities. The data publication covers all public tenders since early 2015, when Prozorro was launched in a test mode. Certain contracting processes are temporarily redacted for national security reasons due to the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.
