Dominican Republic: Dirección General de Contrataciones Públicas
The Dirección General de Contrataciones Públicas tracks information about procurement data from all the local and central government agencies buying using the Portal transaccional, and the Registro de proveedores del Estado.
Contains the contracting processes of all local and central government agencies that use the Transactional Portal. See the complete list here.
According to the purchasing and contracting law (340-06), these are excluded:
- Purchases with petty cash funds which may not exceed fifty thousand pesos (RD$50,000.00), and may only cover expenses not exceeding five thousand pesos (RD$5,000.00).
- Terminated contracts whose termination does not exceed forty percent (40%) of the total amount of the project, work or service.
- Purchases and contracts made for the construction, installation or acquisition of offices for the foreign service;
- Purchases and contracting of goods or services with exclusivity or that can only be supplied by a specific natural or legal person.

Each contracting process is represented as one line of JSON text in the .jsonl file.

Excel files can have at most 1,048,576 rows. If a year is missing, it had too many rows. Download the CSV files, instead.
