A contracting process has several stages: tendering, awarding, contracting and implementation. You can learn about the contracting stages in this tutorial.
The dataset has quality issues to take into account, notably:
A sample set of contract statuses reflects discrepancies between the values of the contract.status and contract.statusDetails fields, suggesting that the contract status is not up to date. E.g. “status” : “active” and “statusDetails”: “TERMINATED”.
The values declared in awards.suppliers.name are not the same as the one declared in parties.name.
