Narodne Navine d.d. is the official gazette of the Republic of Croatia which publishes laws, regulations, appointments and official decisions and releases them in the public domain. They publish procurement data via their Electronic public procurement portal.
As part of the CEF project “Upgrade of the Croatian National eProcurement Platform EOJN” (2018-HR-IA-0158), EOJN RH enables the download of open data from the register of contracts published in the Electronic Public Procurement Notice of the Republic of Croatia. The data is updated monthly and includes data for contracts published in the previous month.
A contracting process has several stages: tendering, awarding, contracting and implementation. You can learn about the contracting stages in this tutorial.

Access data
This OCDS dataset is available for download in JSON, Excel or CSV format. You can download the data for contracting processes in a specific year or for all time.
JSON
Each contracting process is represented as one line of JSON text in the .jsonl file.
The .jsonl file is compressed using Gzip. Windows users need 7-Zip, WinRAR or WinZip to decompress the .gz file.
