Mexico: Instituto de Acceso a la Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales del Estado de Oaxaca (IAIPOXACA)
The Instituto de Acceso a la Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales, del Estado de Oaxaca (IAIPOXACA) captures and publishes its contracts using the Open Contracts tool. IAIPOXACA publishes the data in its open data portal.
The publication includes IAIPOXACA’s procurement processes that uses the procurement methods: Public Tenders (Licitación Pública) and Restricted invitation of at least 3 suppliers (Invitación restringida a cuanto menos 3 proveedores) form 2021 onwards.
A contracting process has several stages: tendering, awarding, contracting and implementation. You can learn about the contracting stages in this tutorial.
The OCDS dataset has some quality issues to take into account, in particular:
The use of new codes for the open code lists of documentType for ‘request’ and ‘transferReport’ and of the Item Classification Scheme for ‘COG’ have not been added to the publication policy.
