Болгария: Public Procurement Agency (PPA)
The Public Procurement Agency (PPA) of the Republic of Bulgaria publishes open contracting data from the Centralized Automated Information System “Electronic Public Procurement” (CAIS EPP) on the national Open Data Portal and in CAIS EPP itself, to ensure that basic information about the public procurement of Bulgarian contracting authorities is available online in a standardized open format, fulfilling its obligation under Article 38 of the Public Procurement Act.
The publication covers all contracting authorities within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act, for the procedure types under Article 18(1) and the value ranges under Article 20(1), (2), (3) and (7) of the Act. It includes every procurement for which a notice was published in CAIS EPP during the period, together with stand-alone prior information notices, voluntary ex ante transparency notices and contract award notices. Daily and monthly datasets are available in OCDS format starting from 01.01.2026.
Contract completion notices are excluded. Protected information such as personal data and confidential information is either excluded or published after anonymization. A procedure opened by a decision alone, or by a decision and a notice, produces a single entry, as does a notice published together with a decision to change the conditions of a procedure.

Качество данных
The dataset has quality issues to take into account, notably:
- The most common buyer is identified in a large share of compiled releases, indicating issues in buyer identification in the buyer/id field or buyer over-representation
- The total value of the top 1% of the fields
tender/value/amountandcontracts/value/amountis higher than that of the remaining values, indicating the presence of extreme outliers in those fields. - Some contracts reference awards whose status is “pending”, “cancelled” or “unsuccessful”, which suggests that award statuses are not mapped correctly.
- The “supplier” role of some suppliers referenced in
awards/suppliersis not referenced in thepartiesarray. - The names of some suppliers referenced in
awards/suppliersdiffer from the names of the parties they reference.

Каждый процесс заключения контракта представлен в виде одной строки текста JSON в .jsonl файле.
Файл .jsonl сжат с помощью Gzip. Пользователям Windows требуется 7-Zip, WinRAR или WinZip для распаковки файла .gz file.
Excel
Каждый процесс заключения контракта представлен одной строкой на основном листе. Другие листы ссылаются на него через столбец main_ocid. Как правило, каждый лист связан с родительским листом через столбец [sheet_name]_id.
Файлы Excel могут содержать не более 1,048,576 строк. Если год отсутствует, в нем было слишком много строк. В таком случае загрузите файлы в формате CSV.
CSV
Каждый процесс заключения контракта представлен одной строкой в файле main.csv. Другие файлы ссылаются на него через столбец main_ocid. Как правило, каждый файл связан со своим родительским файлом через столбец[имя_файла]_id.
Файлы .csv архивируются с помощью tar и сжимаются с помощью Gzip. Пользователям Windows требуется 7-Zip, WinRAR или WinZip для распаковки файла .tar.gz.
