The City of Montréal publishes and visualizes awarded contracts and grants through their Vue sur les contrats (View on Contracts) site as part of the Montréal, smart and digital city project. The OCDS data is accessible through their API.
The OCDS API is powered by a variety of sources and covers contracts from various levels of government including: The Executive Committee; the Municipal Council; the Agglomeration Council; the 19 district “Borough” councils; officials under delegated authority. The Executive Committee and Borough Council sources each update irregularly, however the Municipal Council, Agglomeration Council, and delegated officials sources each update on a monthly basis.

Access data
This OCDS dataset is available for download in JSON, Excel or CSV format. You can download the data for contracting processes in a specific year or for all time.
JSON
Each contracting process is represented as one line of JSON text in the .jsonl file.
The .jsonl file is compressed using Gzip. Windows users need 7-Zip, WinRAR or WinZip to decompress the .gz file.
